Sadeeqa Orphanage Trust aims to build an orphange for approximately 50 girls aged between 5 and 10 years old, some of which will reside permanently within the Orphanage's living quarters.

The orphange will initially cater for the complete education of the child, together with meals, uniform, stationary and medical care to a high standard i.e. will cater for every need of the child other then board.

However, once established the Orphanage will then transition to provide full board for the existing orphans and/or new additional orphans i.e increasing the number of orphans that are accomodated.

The location of the Orphanage will be in Lahore, Pakistan as we feel that this would be a location that we can best manage the project.

We are currently in contact with a real estate company called Fauji Estates of Defence in Lahore and have been presented with two potential plots of land in Lahore that are currently being checked and verified by representatives from Muslim Hands International, Islamic Help and Helping Hands.

Below are the phases of the project that we envisage:

Phase 1 To acquire a plot of land (approx 1 kanal; 4500 square feet. Photos to the left of page)

Phase 2 Build portion of Orphanage to enable fully functional School for the Orphans

Phase 3 Build last portion of Orphanage (living quarters).

The cost of purchasing the plot of land in Lahore (Phase 1) is approximately £20,000. A more precise cost breakdown of Phase 2 and 3 of the project will be added to this page as soon as we have the information.
